CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
CANCELLATIONS BY THE CUSTOMER

1.1. The Customer may refuse to have the services up to one month before the services start date. Under these circumstances the Customer will be entitled to a full refund of services costs, less the required deposit.

1.2. If the Customer wishes to refuse the services within one month of the services start date it will not be entitled to a refund. However, at the Contractor's discretion and subject to availability, the Customer may use these funds to pay for the future course.

1.3. If the Customer has booked the services within one month of the start date, condition 1.2 will apply.

1.4. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to the Contractor's e-mail address.

CANCELLATIONS BY THE CONTRACTOR

2.1. To provide services, a minimum attendance level is required. Services may be cancelled if too few bookings are received. The Contractor reserve the right to amend or cancel the services.

2.2. If the Contractor cancel services it shall endeavour to give the Customer at least one week's notice. The Customer will have the option of choosing another dates of services from those suggested by the Contractor or having a full refund of the fees, which the Contractor will return to the Customer within three weeks.

2.3. The Contractor will not be liable for any losses (including, but not limited to, travel and accommodation costs) arising as a consequence of any modification or cancellation of services or timetabling constraints as set out above, beyond the cost of the services.

VISAS

3.1. The Students may require visas that allow their entry to Russian Federation in order to take the services of the Contractor. It is the Customer's responsibility to determine how far in advance it needs to apply for visas if they are required, and to allow sufficient time to obtain visas.

3.2. If the Students are refused entry to Russian Federation, they will not be eligible for a refund of services fees.

3.3. If the Students' visas are delayed, they will also not be eligible for a refund of course fees. At the Contractor's discretion, however, it will consider changing the date of services.

3.4. The Customer must provide to the Contractor copies of the passports and visas of all Students at least two working days in advance of course commencement. The Contractor will not provide the services to the Students if they do not have the required documentation that allows their entry to Russian Federation. Required documents must be sent in the form of electronic copies to the Contractor's email.
