COURSES
SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
1.1 In accordance with this Agreement, we undertake to provide you with information, consulting and educational services in the field of floristry and decoration of events (hereinafter referred to as the Services). You undertake to accept and pay for our Services.
1.2 The provision of Services under the Agreement includes:
1.2.1 Conducting information lectures and practical classes on relevant issues in the field of floristry and event decoration.
1.2.2 Providing information resources on floristry and event decoration.
1.2.3 Providing the information on regulatory documents at the request of the Customer, if the Contractor has this information.
1.3 The Contractor also provides services by involving third parties.
1.3.1 The Services are provided in English.
1.4 The place of the Services: 129223, Russian Federation. Moscow, Prospect Mira 119, building 320
2 FEES
2.1 Full payment of the course fees must be received one month prior to commencement of courses of length one week or more, and two weeks before shorter courses. Your place on the course cannot be guaranteed until full payment is received.
2.2 All fees stated are not subject to VAT.
2.3 In case that, at the payment date, the US dollar rate, in which the cost of services, established by the Bank of Russia in relation to the Russian ruble, has changed by 10% (ten percent) or more towards decrease in comparison with the exchange rate of the US Dollar against the Russian ruble as of the date of signing of this Agreement, the cost of services is subject to change by concluding an additional agreement to this Agreement.
When concluding such an additional agreement, the Parties proceed from the fact that the cost of services is subject to increase in proportion to the rate of the US Dollar from the date of signing the Agreement to the payment date.
2 MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT
You must be at least eighteen years old at the time of booking.
3 METHODS OF PAYMENT
Fees can be paid by bank transfer (please contact us for account details).
4 NON-RUSSIAN FEDERATION RESIDENTS
4.1 You must include contact details for your Russian Federation stay when making booking in case we need to contact you prior to course commencement.
4.2 You must ensure that the booking is confirmed and that the educational services will be received in time before it makes any travel arrangements. We can not offer refunds for travel or accommodation costs.
5 VISAS
5.1 If you do not hold a Russian Federation passport, you may require a visa that allows you entry to the Russian Federation. in order to take one of our courses. It is your responsibility to determine how far in advance you need to apply for a visa if it is required, and to allow sufficient time to obtain a visa.
We do not provide visa support to the Customer but, if necessary, provide supporting documents on the planned training for the purpose of obtaining a Russian visa.
5.2 If you are refused entry to the Russian Federation, you will not be eligible for a refund of course fees.
5.3 If your visa is delayed, you will also not be eligible for a refund of course fees. At our discretion, however, we will consider transferring you to another course at a later date.
5.4 We require a copy of your passport and visa at least two working days in advance of course commencement. We will not allow you to join the course if you do not have the required documentation that allows you entry to the Russian Federation. An electronic copy is sufficient to confirm your place on the course. Please email info@moscowflowerschool.ru with the required documentation.
6 CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
6.1 Cancellations by you
6.1.1 You may cancel your place on a course up to one month before the course start date. Under these circumstances you will be entitled to a full refund of course fees, less the required deposit fee for the course purchased.
6.1.2 If you wish to cancel within one month of the course start date you will not be entitled to a refund. However, at our discretion and subject to availability, you may be able to use the course fee as credit towards a future course.
6.1.3 If you have booked a course within one month of its start date, condition 6.1.2 will apply.

Please note that refunds can take up to three weeks to process.
6.2 Cancellations by us
6.2.1 Please note that courses have minimum attendance levels and may be cancelled if too few bookings are received. We reserve the right to amend or cancel courses.
6.2.2 If we cancel a course we shall endeavour to give you at least one week's notice. You will have the option of transferring to another course or having a full refund of the fees, which we will return to you within three weeks.
6.2.3 We will not be liable for any losses (including, but not limited to, travel and accommodation costs) arising as a consequence of any modification or cancellation of courses or timetabling constraints as set out above, beyond the cost of the course fee.
7 COURSE TRANSFERS
7.1 You may transfer on to another course up to one month before a course start date subject to availability.
7.2 You may not transfer on to another course within one month of a course start date.
7.3 If you have booked a course within one month of its start date condition 7.2 will apply.
7.4 Students may transfer courses once only.
7.5 Students may not transfer to another course once it has started.
7.6 Transfer requests must be made in writing to info@moscowflowerschool.ru
8 NON-ATTENDANCE
8.1 If you are unable to attend a class or classes due to illness, or for personal or professional reasons, you will not be entitled to a refund, extra tuition or to automatically transfer to another course. However, we will consider such action that we believe to be fair and reasonable.
8.2 Please note that if alternative options are offered, there may be an additional charge.
9 RUSSIAN FEDERATION HOLIDAY WEEKENDS
There are no classes on Russian Federation Holiday weekends and published course dates reflect this.
10 CERTIFICATES
10.1 To achieve a certificate of attendance you must attend at least 80% of the course.
10.2 You will be presented with a certificate at the end of the course and the name given on the booking form will be the one that appears on the certificate.
10.3 If you miss the last session of the course, your certificate can be posted to you or sent via email.
10.4 There will be an additional postage charge for certificates sent outside of the Russian Federation.
10.5 You may also collect your certificate from the Moscow Flower School by prior arrangement.
10.6 Replacement certificates can be produced up to one year after completion of your course, but will be subject to an administrative fee.
11 MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT
All materials and flowers are included in the course fees.
12 PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO
12.1 You may take as many photographs of your own work as you wish during the course.
12.2 Please ask permission of other students before taking photographs of their work, or using their work on your website.
12.3 You agree not to disseminate information materials obtained during the provision of the Services, and also not to record the Service on audio and/or video media. If you permit the distribution of this information, it is liable to the Contractor for losses caused by the fact of disseminating the information, including lost profits, in the amount of up to three times the cost of the service indicated in the invoice issued to you.
13 STUDENT CONDUCT
Students are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner and to recognise that other students also require support and assistance. If a student becomes persistently disruptive, we reserve the right to issue an oral or written warning and, if this does not resolve the situation, we may, at our discretion, ask the student to leave the course.
14 HEALTH AND SAFETY
14.1 Students are expected to follow Health and Safety guidelines that are given at the start of each course.
14.2 Students are asked to wear appropriate clothing and footwear during the course.
14.3 Students who fail to comply with Health and Safety rules will be unable to participate in the course.
15 FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance, in whole or part, of any of our obligations arising from or attributable to acts, events, omissions or accidents beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, strikes, lock-outs or other industrial disputes (whether involving our workforce or the workforce of any other party), act of God, war, riot, civil commotion, terrorism, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, accident, breakdown of plant or machinery or heating, lighting, air conditioning or telecommunications equipment, fire, flood, storm, pandemics, epidemics or other outbreaks of disease or infection, or failure in the external supply of electricity, water or telecommunications (including internet) connections.
16 APPLICABLE LAW
16.1 For failure to fulfil or improper fulfilment of obligations under the Agreement, the Parties are liable under the existing law of the Russian Federation.
16.2 All disputes and disagreements, that may arise from this Agreement or in connection with it, shall be resolved through negotiations between the Parties.
16.3. If the Parties failed to resolve a dispute through negotiations, then they have the right to refer their dispute to the court.
16.4. The Parties determined that the Moscow Arbitration Court is the competent court which has jurisdiction to consider the disputes of the Parties. The governing law is that of the Russian Federation.

REFUSAL OF TRANSACTION

ORDERING ONLINE
Upon placing your order online, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail detailing your order, and a second email confirming that Moscow Flower School have received payment. Your place on the course is then confirmed.

ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
